Profile Information: We collect your unique 8-character DLS Team ID, which is permanently linked to your account to facilitate gameplay and validation.
Financial Information: When you make deposits, we process transaction information through our payment provider, Mpesa. We do not store your full Mpesa details on our servers.
Communications: If you contact us directly (e.g., via our support email support@legendsarena.live), we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, the contents of the message, and any other information you may choose to provide.

b) Data We Collect Automatically:

Gameplay Data: We automatically collect data related to your matches, including match outcomes (wins, losses, draws), scores, opponents, and timestamps. This is essential for our validation process and for calculating your statistics.
Usage Data: We may collect information on how the Service is accessed and used, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. This helps us understand user behavior and identify performance issues, which is especially important during our Test Phase.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for various purposes:

To provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
To manage your account, including processing transactions and providing customer support.
To validate match results and ensure fair play.
To calculate and display player statistics and leaderboards.
To improve the Service by monitoring and analyzing usage, which is critical during our Test Phase.
To communicate with you, including sending service-related notifications, updates, and promotional messages (with your consent).
To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following situations:

With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as database management (e.g., Supabase), payment processing, and hosting. These providers only have access to the information necessary to perform these tasks and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
With Other Players: Your Team Name and gameplay statistics (like win/loss record) are visible to other users on the platform, such as in leaderboards or match histories.
For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We use a combination of technical, administrative, and physical controls to maintain the security of your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Welcome to Legends Arena! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Legends Arena website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Legends Arena ("we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance and Test Phase Acknowledgment

The Service is currently in a Test Phase. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

Features and functionalities may change without notice.
You may experience bugs, database timeouts, lags, or other performance issues.
We rely on your feedback to improve. Please send all feedback, bug reports, and feature suggestions to support@legendsarena.live.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and participate in matches involving real money or our virtual currency ("Mpesa Coins").
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Team ID: Upon registration, you are required to provide your 8-character DLS Team ID. This ID is unique and will be permanently tied to your account. It cannot be changed.

3. Financial Terms and Payments

Mpesa Deposits: We support deposits via Mpesa. You can test the live deposit system with a minimum of 1 KES, which will grant you unlimited Mpesa Coins for use in live matches during the test phase.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals via Mpesa are not yet enabled but will be handled soon. We will notify all users when this feature becomes available.
Refunds: Entry fees for matches that are cancelled due to server error, validation failure, or are officially declared a draw will be refunded to your account wallet.
No Interest: Funds held in your account do not accrue interest.

4. Game Rules and User Conduct

Matchmaking: Our system is designed to match you with an available opponent who has a nearly identical winning percentage to ensure fair competition. We are actively developing region-based matching, which will be implemented in a future update.
Demo Games: New users are permitted a minimum of three (3) demo games to familiarize themselves with the platform.
Fair Play: You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, or engage in any activity that gives you an unfair advantage. Violation of fair play rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.
Internet Connection: A stable and reliable internet connection is required to use the Service. We are not responsible for losses or disconnections resulting from your internet service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Legends Arena or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE'S RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ACCURACY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGENDS ARENA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
